We know that current events are creating concern in the community, in response to government’s regulations during the Coronavirus pandemic, we would like to update you on the changes in the clinic.

Telehealth

We now offer online consultation and herbal medicine postage. This is a compromised service since pulse diagnosis would be missing, however this will be beneficial for those who need to stay at home but still seek to improve their health, especially if having flu-like symptoms.

During the online consultation, our practitioners will diagnose your condition through tongue and presenting signs/symptoms, there will be also diet and lifestyle recommendations. After the consultation, your herbal medication will be posted to you via Australia Post (postage is included in the fee).

COVID-safe plan in the clinic

We are open to provide primary health care services and have infection control management plan in place to manage risks to keep you and our community healthy and safe.

These include:

  • using disposable bed sheets

  • regularly cleaning all surfaces including door handles, eftpos machine and other frequently touched equipment with disinfectant

  • washing our hands between every patient 

  • wearing face masks

  • having hand sanitiser available for patients, it is advised that you wash or sanitise your hands upon entering and leaving the clinic 

We provide herbal tonic tea at reception, please ask our staff to help you to get half a cup before or after each treatment as this may boost your immune system.
