Dr. Charis Su

Dr. Charis Su is the founder and principal practitioner at Nature Heals, with over 17 years of clinical experience in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine across Australia and Taiwan.

Her clinical journey includes hospital placements, mentorship under Dr. Rhonda Chang, advanced training at the late Master Zhong’s renowned clinic in Dongshi, Taiwan, and international practice treating patients aboard cruise ships. She holds a four-year Bachelor of Health Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) and has undertaken extensive post-graduate training in Dr. Pan’s Classical Chinese Medicine, JiYi acupuncture, Dr. Tan’s Balance Method, and Master Cui’s Cosmetic acupuncture.

Known for her warm, attentive, and focused approach, Dr. Charis supports patients through both immediate health concerns and long-term wellbeing goals. Her treatments are grounded in classical Chinese medicine principles while thoughtfully adapted to modern lifestyles. She is a professional member of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society (ATMS).

Dr. Jessie Zhang

Dr. Jessie Zhang is an AHPRA-registered Chinese Medicine Practitioner with over 10 years of clinical experience. She brings an attentive, methodical presence to each consultation, combining hands-on diagnostic techniques with clear clinical insight.

She holds a five-year Bachelor’s degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from RMIT University and completed her clinical internship at the prestigious Jiangsu Provincial Chinese Medicine Hospital in China.

Dr. Jessie’s treatment style is grounded in classical Chinese medicine theory and guided by strong clinical reasoning. She integrates pulse diagnosis, channel palpation, and detailed case history to assess the body’s internal state. Her treatments are informed by what she observes through touch and listening, supported by a clear diagnostic framework that allows for precise point selection and personalised care.

She is committed to supporting the wellbeing of the local community and offers care in both Mandarin and Cantonese. Dr. Jessie is a professional member of the Federation of Chinese Medicine & Acupuncture Societies of Australia (FCMA).
